Transfer Protocol Property

The Transfer Protocol context property determines whether or not the SIP Protocol is applied.

  • CommonInfo/TransferProtocol/UseSIPTransfer - If selected, the IVR system transfers calls using the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) protocol. If not selected, the system transfers calls using the standard phone protocol.
