The WebCare.Guide for Administrators aims to explain how WebCare Administrators can manage the worker groups who support clients who have PASS-Web G3 user accounts.
Signing into WebCare
If you are assigned as a WebCare administrator, you should have access to WebCare.
You can create worker groups as user groups in the Security screen in the Trapeze6 Client Shell..
WebCare Services Security Key Permissions
Security key permissions are applied to specific users or user groups. If a permission does not appear on the list for a specific user or user group, click the Permissions button
Adding Workers to Worker Groups
Adding workers to worker groups may be performed in the Trapeze6 Client Shell by whomever is authorized to do so based on your transit agency's policies.
Exporting User Groups
Worker groups generally have the same set of permissions. After creating one worker group, you can use it as a template to save time and effort when creating other worker groups.
Importing User Groups
When you are creating multiple worker groups that will have the same or similar security permissions, import and reuse the permission settings you have created for an existing worker group to save time and effort.
Viewing List of Workers
You can view the list of workers assigned to a worker group.
Adding Clients to Workers
You can add clients who require PASS-Web G3 assistance on the Clients tab of the Worker Groups screen.
Removing Clients from Workers
If a client no longer requires assistance with PASS-Web G3, remove the client from the list of clients supported by the worker group.
