Hiding and Unhiding Fields

You can hide and unhide fields using the COM Representative and COM Investigator screens in the Design mode.

Note: You can only hide fields that are not mandatory. The Hide Field option in the shortcut menu is not activated when you select a mandatory field.
Hiding Fields
  1. Select the field or fields you wish to hide.

    The fields are shown with a dotted rectangle around each of them.

  2. Right-click and from the shortcut menu, click Hide Field.
Unhiding Fields
  1. Right-click anywhere on the screen where you want to display hidden fields.
  2. From the shortcut menu, click Customize.
  3. In the Fields list, select the fields you want to unhide.
  4. Click OK.
