Describing an Itinerary

A description of an itinerary can help you explain it to the customer requesting the information.

  1. Highlight the itinerary that you want to describe from the itinerary list.
  2. Click the Describe Itinerary button:
    A message box opens with information about the itinerary. The information includes the number of transfers and the time period. The details contain the departure time from a specific stop and line and arrival time at the final destination stop.
  3. Click OK.
    If your site has an Interactive Voice Response system (IVR), the Voice Itinerary button can be used to send the itinerary description to the IVR: .
