Describing an Itinerary
A description of an itinerary can help you explain it to the customer requesting the information.
- Highlight the itinerary that you want to describe from the itinerary list.

Click the Describe Itinerary button:
A message box opens with information about the itinerary. The information includes the number of transfers and the time period. The details contain the departure time from a specific stop and line and arrival time at the final destination stop. -
Click OK.
If your site has an Interactive Voice Response system (IVR), the Voice Itinerary button can be used to send the itinerary description to the IVR:
