Using the Clipboard to Save Itineraries

The Clipboard allows you to save itineraries for your clients. After you have generated itineraries for clients, copy the itinerary to the clipboard and generate another itinerary.

You can generate itineraries for callers’ entire requests and then read them the results at once. In addition, if a high volume of calls is expected for a specific itinerary on a given day, then keep that itinerary in the clipboard for easy access.

  1. After generating an itinerary, from the Details tab, perform one of the following steps:
    • Click the Copy Itinerary to Clipboard button:
    • Drag the itinerary from the Details tab and drop it in the folder icon of the Clipboard tab.
    The itinerary is saved in the clipboard.
  2. Generate another itinerary without losing the current results.
