Importing Workspaces

To help resolve some issues that you may be having, Trapeze Customer Care may send you a workspace file and ask you to import it to ensure that you are both looking at the same layout .

  1. Click File > Workspaces > Import.
    The Open dialog opens.
  2. In the File Name field, navigate to the folder where the file was exported. (Ask the person who exported it for the exact location.)
  3. Select the workspace file you want to import.
  4. Click Open.
    COM opens the imported workspace on your machine.
    Note: The imported workspace does not appear in the list in the Workspaces dialog. This is because COM only opens the file from where it is stored in the network.
