Importing Workspaces
To help resolve some issues that you may be having, Trapeze Customer Care may send you a workspace file and ask you to import it to ensure that you are both looking at the same layout .

Click .
The Open dialog opens.
- In the File Name field, navigate to the folder where the file was exported. (Ask the person who exported it for the exact location.)
- Select the workspace file you want to import.

Click Open.
COM opens the imported workspace on your machine.Note: The imported workspace does not appear in the list in the Workspaces dialog. This is because COM only opens the file from where it is stored in the network.
