Exporting Workspaces to the Network
You can export a workspace on your machine to the network so that others at your site can see how your workspace is set up or use it themselves.
If you call Trapeze Customer Care (1-877-411-8727) with a question, they may ask you to export your workspace and send it to them. Customer Care can then see the workstation as you see it and will be better able to guide you through the steps that you may need to perform.

The Save As dialog appears.

Navigate to the appropriate folder on the network where you want to export your workspace.
Do not save it to your local hard drive because others will not be able to access it there.
- In the File Name field, type the name of the workspace with the file extension, twsp.
- Click Save.
