Sending a Workspace File to Trapeze Customer Care

In some cases when you need help troubleshooting an issue, Trapeze Customer Care may need to test your workspace to determine the cause of the issue. You can send the workspace file to them by email.

  1. Export your workspace to a folder in the network.
  2. Open your email application and create a new email message.
  3. Address the message to cc@trapezegroup.com
  4. Attach the workspace (twsp) file to your message.
  5. Click Send.
