Adding Extra Info
Extra Info is used to add columns containing information of your choice in the headway sheets and the Show Stop dialog. The Extra Info feature is also used on the Lines and Stops tab and the Details tab of the Itinerary Planning screen.

Click the Extra Info button:
The Extra Info dialog opens.

Select the fields you want to use.
The Name column represents specific fields; the TableColumn column represents the tables in which the fields are contained.
- Select the Left or Right button depending on where you want to place the fields in the headway sheet.
- Optional:
If the data or service you want to add is not in the list in the
left frame, click Add Lookup.
The AddLookup field appears:
- Optional: In the text field, type the data you want and click the green check mark. The new lookup is added to the list on the left frame.
- Click the Up or Down arrow to move the selected fields. Select a field first to activate these direction arrows.

Click Save.
If it is a new set, or if you have altered an existing set, the Save CTM Extra Info As dialog opens.
- Type the name of the set and click OK.
When you save a set in one screen, you can use the same set name for other screens so that if the set is chosen as the default, it provides correct configurations in each place that Extra Info is used.
