Creating Sign-Up Periods for Multiple Agencies

If you have multiple agencies, you can create sign-up periods for each agency.

  1. Click File > Ancillary Data > Fixed > Sign Up Periods.
    The Sign-up Periods dialog appears.
  2. In the Agency list, select the agency for which you want to create a sign-up period.
  3. Click Add.
    The Add dialog appears.
  4. In the Name field, type a name for the sign-up period.
  5. In the From Date and To Date fields, type the dates to create the date range of the period.
  6. Select the Production check box to set the period as production (“streetable”).
  7. Click OK.
  8. In the Sign-up Periods dialog, click Close.
