About No-Shows and Cancel At Door

Drivers can request for trips to be cancelled and removed from the Manifest if passengers cancel at door or do not show up.

Occasionally a passenger will not take their scheduled trip. Drivers have the ability to Cancel at Door or declare passengers as No Show passengers once the driver has arrived at the pick-up location.
