Copying Eligibility Rules

If a duplicate set of rules with a different From Date and To Date is required for a specific eligibility condition, copy the rule and then modify its details as required.

Before you begin

Client Registration must be open.

An eligibility rule must already exist for the client's eligibility condition.

Procedure

  1. Search for and select the client.
  2. Click the Eligibility tab.
  3. In the bottom grid, select the rules to be copied.
  4. Click Copy.
    The rules are copied to the next row in the grid.
  5. Change the From Date and To Date.
    Dates can be selected based on today's date using + or -.
    For example, to set a rule that starts 30 days in the future, in the From Date column, type +30.
  6. Make any adjustments to the new rule.
    For example, if the client requires an exclusive group for the rest of the month, but will be able to travel with others after that, Exclusive Group can be set to Yes in the original rule and No in the new rule.
  7. Click the Save button:
