Creating Vehicle Service Requests

Vehicle service requests can be created if PASS is integrated with Trapeze EAM.

Procedure

  1. Click Task > Vehicles.
  2. Click the Select tab.
  3. Select the vehicle for which you want to create a service request.
  4. Click the Service Requests tab.
  5. Click Create Service Request.

  6. In the Symptom list, click a symptom.
    The Symptom Description field is automatically populated.
  7. To take the vehicle out of service, select Take Out of Service.
  8. In the Comments field, type additional comments about the vehicle or service.
  9. Click OK.
    The service request is created.
