Vehicles Search Filters
The Select tab provides search filters to help you locate a specific vehicle in the Vehicles screen.
After defining search criteria, click Display to show the search results.
| Filter | Description |

| Vehicle Name | Select the vehicle in the list. |
| Provider |
Select one or more providers in the list. To view vehicles that are not assigned to any provider, select no providers and sort grid information using the Provider column (double-click on the column heading). Providers marked N/A should appear at the top of the list. |
| Garage |
Select one or more of the garages in the list. To view vehicles that are not assigned to any garage, sort grid information using the Garage ID column (double-click on the column heading). Garage IDs marked 0 should appear at the top of the list. |
| License | Type the complete license plate number of the vehicle. This can be a series
of numbers and letters. The system is not case-sensitive and searches for a vehicle record with a matching license. |
| MTD ID | Type the identifier number of the vehicle's MDT. To view vehicles that are not assigned to any MDT, sort grid information using the MDT Id column (double-click on the column heading). MDT Ids marked 0 should appear at the top of the list. |
| Run Type |
Select one or more of the run types in the list. To view vehicles that are not assigned to a specific run type, sort grid information using the run type columns (for example, PARA or Flex) (double-click on the column heading). Vehicles marked as No for the run type should appear at the top of the list. |
