Locations Search Filters
There are a number of search filters in Common Locations that will help you find a specific location.
Filters are found on the Select tab.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| By Name | Search for registered common locations by typing all or part of the location name. |
| By Type | Search for clients using a particular location type. For example,
Library. Note: If the location type is not listed, contact a system administrator. |

Note: Alternatively, click the Find
button. |
| Not Geocoded | Search for locations where addresses are not geocoded in the system. |
| New Items | Search for locations that have been added to the database during the current
session. Note: This command applies to only the current user and session. Closing
the screen ends the session. |
| Show Active only | Search only for active locations. Note: To view all locations (active and
inactive), clear this check box. |
