Resetting Client Passwords

Client web passwords can be reset by users with the required permissions.

Before you begin

You must be granted the following Trapeze6 security permissions by a system administrator:
  • Trapeze4 > Clients > WEB > Allow Password Edit
  • Trapeze4 > Clients > WEB > Allow Automatic Password Generation

Client Registration must be open.

Procedure

  1. Search for and select the client.
  2. Click the Misc tab.
  3. Click Reset LockOut.
    A message appears stating that the account lockout has been reset.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click the Save button:
