User-Defined Runs Screen Properties

Runs Screen properties control the appearance and functionality of the Runs screen.

Open Runs (Task > Runs) to see Runs Screen properties.

Runs Screen properties are found in File > Properties, on the Runs Screen tab.

Property	Description
Capacity Type Required	Specifies whether to enforce the rule that a capacity type (Cap Type) must be selected in the Detail tab when creating or updating a run.
Check Driver and Vehicle Overlap	If set to Yes, and a driver or vehicle is already assigned to a run for an overlapping time period (defined on the From Time and To Time), a warning message appears. Note that the driver or vehicle can still be assigned to the second run. This warning message appears for both Master and Daily runs.
ParaService Required	Specifies whether to enforce the rule that a paraservice be defined in the Para Service tab when creating or updating a run.
Run Type Filter to Vehicle	Specifies the run types shown in the Run Types list to limit what the user needs to see. Type the run types to be shown in the list, separated by a comma (,).
Show Not Assigned Vehicles only	Specifies whether to filters the search results to show only vehicles that have not been assigned to a run.
Unique Run Name	Specifies whether to enforce the rule that all runs have a different name.
