Updating the Online Help Property

The Online Help property controls what URL the system contact when Help > Online Help is clicked.

About this task

Trapeze Collaborate is a network of product-specific communities that includes an online library of all Trapeze documentation available to users. The documents visible to users depends on which Trapeze products are used by your site.

Procedure

  1. Click Tools > System Properties.
    The Properties dialog box appears.
  2. Click the Profile tab.
  3. Click Online Help > Default help URL.
  4. Verify or update the URL.

    By default, the property is set to the URL of the main Trapeze Collaborate webpage ( https://collaborate.trapezegroup.com). This can be updated to use a specific page. For example, the PASS/FLEX community in Collaborate.

  5. Add a Comment to inform other users about preferred or related settings.
  6. Optional: Click Default to use the original property setting.
  7. Click Apply.
  8. Click OK.
