About Schedule Changes
On the day of operations, incidents may arise that require immediate attention: trips are canceled, clients are late, vehicles breakdown, and last minute trips still have to be added to runs.
Each circumstance requires the following:
- An edit to the schedule to record the change.
- Notification to the appropriate driver so that an adjustment can be made to the itinerary.
You can also make changes to schedules from previous days. The instructions for making same day changes apply to editing past schedules.
