Adding Bookmarks in Schedule Editor

You can create shortcuts to specific records in Schedule Editor by adding them as bookmarks.

Before you begin

Schedule Editor must be open.

About this task

For example, you can add a bookmark for a schedule to which you want to return later.

You can access your saved bookmark to this screen from any screen in the workstation by clicking the Bookmarks menu and then selecting the bookmark to view.

Bookmarks are saved as long as you are logged into the workstation. When you log out, your bookmarks are cleared.

Procedure

  1. Display the view to bookmark. For example, Schedule, Run, or Run Itinerary.
  2. Click the Add to Bookmarks button:
    Open book.
    The Add a Bookmark dialog box appears.
  3. In the Name field, type a name for the bookmark.
    Use a name that will make it easy for you to identify the record later.
    If you do not type a name, the default name is used.
  4. Click Add.
