Adding Pictures of Locations

Pictures can be added for common locations defined in the system.

Before you begin

Common Locations must be open.

Procedure

  1. Select the location for which to add a picture.
  2. Click the Picture tab.
  3. Click Select.
    The Location Picture dialog box appears. It's open to the path specified in Tools > Properties, on the Profile tab, under Database > Pictures path.
  4. Navigate to and select the image to be used.
    JPEG or Bitmap images can be used.
  5. Click Open.
    If the image was found in a different location, a File will be copied to working directory 'filepath'. Do you want to remove the picture file from its original directory? message appears. Click Yes, No, or Cancel.

    The image appears on the Picture tab.

  6. Optional: To remove the picture, click Delete.
