Defining Location Capacities

Location capacities define how many vehicles can be sent to a common location.

Before you begin

Common Locations must be open.

Procedure

  1. Search for and select a location.
  2. Click the Capacity tab.
  3. In the Week Template field, select the days of the week to which the capacity limitations apply.
  4. In the From Date field, select or type the start date for the capacity limitation.
  5. Optional: In the To Date field, select or type the end date for the capacity limitation.
    If no end date is known, leave this field blank.
  6. In the Capacity field, type the number of vehicles that can be at the location at any one time during the From Time to To Time period.
    If a capacity of one is set and two runs are scheduled to be at the common location at the same time, the second run will incur an LC violation.
  7. In the WOT (Wait on Transfer) field, select either Yes or No.
    Wait on Transfer defines whether or not clients can be waiting at the location for a vehicle.
  8. Click the Save button:
