Adding Tracker Actions for Location Wizard Changes

Changes made using the Location Change Wizard can be tracked and viewed in the Tracker Action Browser.

Before you begin

The Trapeze4 Workstation must be open.

About this task

These steps are performed by a system administrator.

Procedure

  1. Click File > Ancillary Data > Para > Tracker > Tracker Codes.
  2. Confirm that MODIFY appears in the Code list.
    If it doesn't appear on the list, add it.
    Note: MODIFY tracks codes are used in the system for actions not related to location changes. Type a Description that is not limited to this application.
  3. Click Close.
  4. Click File > Ancillary Data > Para > Tracker > Tracker Actions.
  5. Look for the following Action in the list:
    • PASS/LocationChangeWizard
    If it is listed, Level 1 means changes are currently being tracked and Level 0 means changes are not being tracked.
  6. Add or edit action as needed:
    ActionDescription
    PASS/LocationChangeWizard Logged when a change is made using the Location Change Wizard.

    Use Level 1 and Code MODIFY.

    Example Tracker Action Log comment: JurisPolyId changed from 0 to 8519
  7. Close the Tracker Actions dialog box.
