Searching for Bookings By Booking ID

The Find Bookings dialog box allows you to search for bookings by their unique identification number.

Before you begin

The Find Booking dialog box should be open.

All bookings (for example, subscription, activated template, and live) have a unique identification number that is generated by the system.

In the Book Id field, type the booking identification number.
Select either the Schedule or Unschedule check box.
If you are uncertain about the schedule status of the booking, select both check boxes.

Select one or more of the following:

You are searching for a subscription booking	Subscription templates
You are searching for a template or live booking activated from a subscription booking	Activated subscriptions
You are searching for a live casual booking	Casual

Click Find at the top right corner of the Find Booking dialog box (not the Find button next to the Client Id field). The system generates the booking for the specified booking ID in the lower grid.
Highlight the booking to view, and then click Select.

The Find Booking dialog box closes and the booking appears in Trip Booking for viewing or editing.
