Searching for Bookings by Client

The Find Bookings dialog box allows you to search for bookings associated with specific clients.

Before you begin

The Find Booking dialog box should be open.

Procedure

  1. Type the Client Id to find bookings for a specific client.
    If you do not know the client ID, click the Find button next to the Book Id field to open the Find Clients dialog box. Search for and select a client.

  2. Optional: Click the Info button to display the Client/Info Booking dialog box. This tool allows you to view client and booking details.
  3. Optional: To narrow the search, define a date range by filling in From and To date fields.
  4. Select one or more of the following:
    • Scheduled
      Returns results for bookings that have been scheduled.
    • Unscheduled
      Returns results for bookings that have not yet been scheduled.
    • Canceled
      Returns results for bookings that have been canceled.
  5. Select one or more of the following types of bookings:
    • Subscription templates
      Returns results for bookings that are subscription bookings.
    • Activated subscriptions
      Returns results for bookings that are activate based on subscription bookings.

      This includes subscriptions activated for Template and Live schedules.

    • Casual
      Returns results for bookings that were created as casual bookings.
  6. In the Match Criteria frame, choose one of the following:
    • And (All match)
      Generates only those results which match every criteria specified (recommended).
    • Or (Some match)
      Generates results with match some but not all criteria specified. For instance, if you type a booking ID for a booking belonging to Mr. Jones but type the client ID for Ms. Smith, the system generates bookings for Ms. Smith in addition to the booking for Mr. Jones.
  7. Click Find.

    The grid shows all bookings that match the criteria specified.
  8. Highlight the appropriate booking and click Select.

Results

The Find Booking dialog box disappears and the booking appears in Trip Booking for viewing or editing.
