Viewing Client Transaction History

A detailed transaction history is maintained for each client purse.

Before you begin

EZ-Wallet must be open in the Trapeze4 Workstation.

About this task

In addition to showing the date and time at which each transaction took place, the Transactions frame also shows the amount deducted or credited, the balance after the deduction or credit, as well as the schedule date of the booking, the requested time for the booking, and the booking ID.

Procedure

  1. In the Client field, search for the client record to review.
  2. In the Transactions frame, define one or more search criteria:
    • Period
      The period to search.

      If Custom Interval is selected, specify the From and To dates.

    • Trans Type
      The transaction type.

      For example, All, Deposit, Refund, Adjustment, Booking, or Period Pass.

    • Source
      The method of payment.

      For example, Wire Transfer, Purse, Cheque, Credit Card, or Cash.

    • Status
      The transaction status.
      For example, Active, Cancelled, Can't process, or Pending.
      Note: Pending transactions completed in the Workstation result in two transactions: a canceled transaction and a transaction that captures the transaction completion details.
  3. Click Refresh.
    All applicable transactions are listed in the grid.
  4. Optional: To view a transaction’s details, click the transaction in the grid, and then click Transaction Info.
  5. Click Close.
