Reversing a Canceled Trip

Canceled trips can be restored to an unscheduled status.

Before you begin

Schedule Editor must be open.

Procedure

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Click the Find button:
      Binoculars.
    • Click Find > Find Client, and search for the client’s name.
  2. Search for the client associated with the trip.
    Schedule Editor shows all trips (that is, scheduled, unscheduled, canceled) for the client.
  3. Select the canceled trip.
  4. Click Cancel/NoShow > Uncancel.
    The trip is no longer canceled but is still unscheduled.
