Columns Available in Trips View

The following columns can be shown in the Unscheduled Trips view or Scheduled Trips view.

Client Name of client who requested the trip.
Location Location where vehicle is going to perform the activity.
Page Page number of map book on which the activity’s location can be found.
City City of the activity’s location.
Provider Provider assigned to perform the trip.
Neg Negotiated trip time that the client and dispatcher have agreed upon.
NegE Negotiated early trip time that the client and dispatcher have agreed upon.
NegL Negotiated late trip time that the client and dispatcher have agreed upon.
Req Client’s requested trip time.
ReqE Client’s requested early trip time.
ReqL Client’s requested late trip time.
Sch System-calculated schedule time.
SchE System-calculated schedule early time.
SchL System-calculated schedule late time.
Est Estimated arrival time.
Schedule Scheduled trip time.
Type Trip type:

ParaService Paraservice type assigned to the run.
GroupCode Group booking code, if applicable.
CoDriver Name of the co-driver assigned to help perform the trip.
Priority Trip’s priority number.

The higher the number, the more important the trip.

Booking Booking ID number.
Comment Comments about the trip booking.
LegNum Leg number of the trip.
LegId System-generated leg ID number.
EvId System-generated event string ID for the schedule ID on the run.
Direct Distance Direct distance to the activity’s location.
Zip Code Zip code of the activity’s location.
Tag Corresponding booking tag assigned to the trip.
AutoTime Auto arrive time.

A property setting will enable the Auto Arrive functionality on the vehicle MDT. When the vehicle gets within a certain distance (set by another property) from the event (pick-up), then the event is automatically marked as Arrived.

NegCount Number of times that the booking was negotiated with the client.
ItineraryId Itinerary ID that the booking belongs to.
EstTimeLock Shows the original Estimated Time generated by the system; used for reference in case the estimated time is changed.
U/C User Comments User-entered comments.
Entitlement A logical grouping of clients for site-reporting purposes. Not used by the system.
User Time A user-entered time for site use. Typically used for reporting only.

This field is not used by the system.

Prev.Run The previous run ID that the client was on, if the client has a run itinerary that requires a vehicle transfer.
Veh. Type Exclusions Vehicles that the booking cannot be scheduled to.
Signature File Signature file name that contains a copy of the client’s signature for the booking for verification.
Payment type How the client paid for the trip: Cash or Account.
