Searching Dispatch By Provider

You can view runs operating under a specific provider or a group of providers.

Before you begin

Dispatch (Task > Dispatching) must be open.

Procedure

  1. Click the providers in the Provider list.
    You can also select No Provider to show runs with no provider assigned to them.
  2. Search for incidents, vehicles, or unassigned runs:

    Incidents Click Display.

    Incidents for runs associated with the selected providers are shown.
    Vehicles Select the Runs option and click Display.

    All runs belonging to the selected providers are shown.
    Unassigned Select the Unassigned runs option. Then, in the list to the right of this field, click Unassigned Vehicle (to view runs that are not assigned to a vehicle) and/or Unassigned Driver (to view runs with no assigned driver). Click Display.

    Runs associated with the selected providers that have no assigned driver and/or vehicle are shown.
