Configuring Notification Context Properties

Notification context properties are used to define the available contact device types that the IVR system can use, and how messages are routed through the TRR system.

Before you begin

Log on to Rapid Response .

Procedure

  1. In the Main Menu, click Settings
    Settings screen

    The Settings screen is open.

  2. Under System, click Context Properties.
  3. Expand the Rapid Response > Notifications folder.
  4. Type values as needed for the Rapid Response context properties.
  5. Click the Save button:
    Diskette
