Loading Incident-Affected Data

Load incident-affected data and then show or hide affected and unaffected addresses and affected garages as needed.

Procedure

  1. Click the Main Menu button:
    Three Horizontal Lines
  2. Click Manage Incidents.
  3. Search for or create a new incident record.
  4. Define the affected areas and then prioritize them, if needed.
  5. On top of the navigation bar, click the Load Affected Data button:
  6. Show or hide data as needed by clicking the following buttons in the map toolbar:

    Avatar dressed in red. Show or hide affected client home, client pick-up, and client drop-off addresses on the map.
    Avatar dressed in blue. Show or hide unaffected client home, client pick-up, and client drop-off addresses on the map.
    Wrench in a rectangle. Show or hide garages affected by the incident.
