About Managing and Canceling Trips

After loading incident-affected data, affected trips, runs, and garages can be reviewed. Client trips can be canceled if they cannot be performed on the scheduled day.

Drivers on affected scheduled runs can be contacted via MDTs using a canned message or a custom message.
