About Setting Up Service Infractions

After Service Infractions is installed on the system, context properties and user permissions must be defined.

Context properties may be configured by your Trapeze representative. It is a good idea to have a general understanding of context properties and how they affect the system. Do not change context property settings unless you know what will be affected.

User permissions control what users see in Service Infractions, and how much they can do within the module. Typically, how user permissions are defined reflects each user's role within your organization.
