Tracing Issues in Service Infractions

A trace switch is available to use specifically with Service Infractions.
  • In the Trapeze6 Service Shell used with Service Infractions, click File > Trace Options. On the Switches tab, click PASS > ServiceInfractions > TLevel.

    This is a trace level switch for call outs to the Service Infractions/PASS Eligibility product.

    Trace level options are as follows:
    • Disabled
    • Error
    • Warning
    • Message
    • Verbose
