Calendar Does Not Populate
Condition
The calendar appears white and dates cannot be selected.
Cause
Working as designed. Dates outside the those defined as acceptable in the Service Infraction policy cannot be selected. For example, a policy defined with a Time Period Unit of month may not show date options for the current month.
Procedure
Scroll to a date that meets the restrictions set by the service
infraction policy. For example, if the July calendar is blank and a
monthly Time Period Unit is defined, look for a date in June.
