Unhandled Exception Error

Condition

After logging in, An unhandled exception occurred while processing the request. error message appears.
An error message that states "An unhandled exception occurred while processing the request."

Cause

The application (specifically, the server connection), must be run in administrator mode.

Procedure

Close out of any open instances of Service Infractions. When running the Service Infractions .bat file, right-click and click Run as administrator.
