The following are updates to the Service Infractions guide.

Context Properties

Security Permissions

The following security permissions were added:

Suspensions

• Added step 4 to Defining Suspensions.
• Added expunge past suspensions or flagged periods topic.

Cases

• Added further clarity that a suspension will be removed for cases that are forgiven when being reinvestigated in Reinvestigating Cases.
• Infraction Detail Download command was added to Ribbon Groups and Commands.
• Expunge Suspensions and Expunge Flagged Periods commands added to Ribbon Groups and Commands.
• Trip ID changed to Trip Info in Field Descriptions for Infractions table in About Case Infractions.
• Added the following topics for the Email functionality:
  • About Case Emails
  • Viewing and Composing Case Emails
  • Uploading Case Emails
  • Sending Case Emails

Policies

• For Creating Behavioral Policies, removed a step because Multi-period case option is now disabled for Behavior policies.
