Service Infractions Context Properties
Context properties control system appearance and behavior.

| The format of the client name which displays as first name, last name or last name, first name. | |
| The email address of the account to send emails from. | |
| The password of the account. | |
| The SMTP server address. | |
| The SMTP server port address. | |
| If checked, the SMTP server needs authentication. | |
| The name that will show as the sender name in the user's inbox. | |
| A copy of the email will be sent to this email address. | |
| A blind copy of the email will be sent to this email address. | |
| If checked, SSL is used to access the specified SMTP mail server. | |
| Set the email priority. | |
| If checked, emails will be sent exclusively to the client's verified email address. | |
| The email will be sent to the selected type of email address. | |
| The minimum accepted dwell time. Default is 5 minutes. | |
| Seconds can be rounded to full minute when verifying minimum accepted dwell time. For example, if UP is selected, 00:04:10 dwell time will be rounded up to 00:05:00. | |
| Defines the number of days that must pass before short fare infractions are imported into Service Infractions. | |
