About Case Emails

Case Emails work similary as case letters. They are automatically created from an email template and sent by the system.

After a case email is generated, you can download it, edit the wording if needed, and replace the original email with the edited version. After a email has been issued (Delivered), it can no longer be edited and the issued version can be found in Case Emails.
