Reconfiguring Your Workspace

Widgets allow you to reconfigure your workspace as you use it.

Before you begin

Open the Service Infractions module to the Cases tab.

About this task

Widgets allow you to swap out the content shown in case panes by clicking a button. You can choose from Infractions, Case History, Client Information, Case Letters, Case Comments, and Metrics widgets.

Typically, Client Information and Infractions are shown, and you may jump between Case History, Case Letters, and Case Comments depending on what you are working on.

Procedure

  1. Click the Menu button:
    Cog wheel.
  2. Select the widget to be shown in the pane.
