Promoting Cases
Cases can progress through policy phases and stages automatically, or they can be promoted by system users.
Before you begin
About this task
Procedure

Select the case card of the case to be promoted.
Case information, which may include Client Information, Case History, and Infractions, for the selected case is visible.

Do one of the following:
To Do this Promote the selected case to the next applicable phase or stage Click Promote: 
Promote all cases to the next applicable phase or stage Click the Promote arrow (
), then click All In Phase.A Confirm Move message appears. - Click OK.
