About Infractions
Client trips that meet the defined service policy criteria are viewable in the Infractions widget.
The Infractions widget provides system users with information about trips where infractions may have occurred.
Each infraction contains information about the associated trip. If this is a Behavioral policy, this information is only provided if a Trip ID was defined.
The Infractions title bar shows the total number of infractions in the case and their current status (confirmed, forgiven, or undecided) and the total number of previous suspensions for the client. If the policy is a point-based policy, the client's total number of points is shown. If the policy is a flag periods policy, the client's total number of flagged periods is shown. If the policy is a ShortFare policy, the total Confirmed Fare Shortage is shown.

For each infraction, the trip date, pick-up location and phone number, and drop-off location and phone number are shown.
- Red indicates the infraction is confirmed
- Yellow indicates the infraction is undecided
- Green indicates the infraction is forgiven
- Black indicates the associated trips no longer count as infractions

| Trip Info | Identification number of the trip (that is, the trip's booking ID). |
| Service Type | Paraservice type associated with the trip. |
| Arr (Dwell) | Dwell time of the vehicle for this trip. The dwell time is equal
to the time the vehicle departs the location minus the vehicle's arrive time at
the location (puEvent.ActualDepartTime -
puEvent.ActualArriveTime, where pu =
Pickup). When the Arr (Dwell) time is in red, dwell time is less than the system's defined MinimumDwellTime. (Visible when AVL information is available.) |
| Neg | Negotiated pick-up time for this trip. Red occurs when the arrival time is outside of the negotiated window for that particular pick-up. |
| Drv | Driver of the vehicle for the trip. (Visible when route information is available.) |
| Veh | Vehicle used for the trip. (Visible when route information is available.) |
| Run | Run name. (Visible when route information is available.) |
| Provider | Provider of the trip. (Visible when route information is available.) |
| To collect | (ShortFare policies.) Amount to be collected from the client by the driver. |
| Collected | (ShortFare policies.) Actual amount collected from the client by the driver. |
| Shortage | (ShortFare policies.) Difference between the amount collected and the amount to collect when the amount collected is less than the amount to collect. |
Additional Information
Weather information, tracker action browser information about the trip, and a detailed map of where the incident occurred, are also available to help system users with their investigation of infractions.
