Confirming or Forgiving Infractions for Multiple Cases
Infractions can be confirmed or forgiven in bulk for multiple cases using the Infractions tab.
Before you begin
To use this feature, the following security permission must be granted: PassEligibility/Service Infractions/Screens/Infractions.
Procedure
- Select the Start Date and End Date between which the infractions occurred.

Use search criteria to find the infractions that should be confirmed or
forgiven.
When searching, type any part of a matching entry. For example, typing L MIL could bring up a client named Cecil Mills.Note: Policy, Client, or Location criteria must be provided before a search can be run.
Use this To search for this Policy The policy associated with the infractions. Stage The stage associated with the infractions. For example, Appeal, Initial, Suspended, or Violation Alert.
Client The client associated with the infractions. Location The location name associated with the infractions. Locations, or common locations, are defined in the Trapeze4 Workstation.
Location type Whether the defined location is the pick-up location, drop-off location, or either the pick-up or drop-off location for the trips associated with the infractions. Schedule Status The schedule status for the trips associated with the infractions. For example, No Show or Advance Cancellation. Schedule Statuses are defined for policies in policy Infraction Criteria.
Para. Service The paraservice type (also referred to as service type) associated with the infractions. For example, ADA or DAR. Service types are unique to your transit agency and are defined for policies in policy Infraction Criteria.
Provider The provider associated with the infractions. Purpose The booking purpose associated with the infractions. For example, Education or Employment. Booking purposes are unique to your transit agency and are defined for policies in policy Infraction Criteria.
Infraction Status The current state of the infractions. For example, Forgiven, Confirmed, Undecided, or Invalid.

Click Display.
Infractions that match the defined search criteria appear.

Select the Confirm or Forgive
option to be applied:
- Confirm
- Confirm All
- Confirm Undecideds
- Forgive
- Forgive All
- Forgive Undecideds
A dialog box appears. -
Type a Reason for Update.
This is applied to all selected infractions.
- Click OK.
