Confirming or Forgiving Multiple Infractions

Infractions can be forgiven in bulk from the Infractions widget.

Before you begin

Open the Service Infractions module to the Cases tab.

Procedure

  1. In the policy tree, click the policy name, the policy stage, and then the policy phase that contains the infractions to be viewed on the map.
  2. Select a case card.
  3. Use the Infractions title bar shortcut buttons to show or select infractions in bulk:
    ToClick this
    Show all infractions Eye in a circle.
    Show confirmed infractions X in a circle.
    Show forgiven infractions Check mark in a circle.
    Show undecided infractions Question mark in a circle.
    Select all displayed infractions Small circle in a larger circle.
    Clear all displayed infractions A circle.
  4. Press CTRL and click any additional infractions to be added or removed from the group of selected infractions.
    To select a range of infractions, press the Shift key and click the first and last infractions in the range.

  5. Do one of the following:
    • To confirm the selected infractions, click Confirm:
      Piece of paper with a check mark above the word Confirm.
    • To forgive the selected infractions, click Forgive:
      Piece of paper with an equals sign above the word Forgive.
    Infractions are marked as either Confirmed or Forgiven and corresponding entries appear in the Case History widget.
