About Client Information and Case History
The Client Information widget and Case History widget contain background information helpful to system users.
Client Information
The Client Information widget provides the client name, client identification number, age, and
registration date.
It also lists the client address and phone number, and information about the client's service infractions cases.
For each listed case, the following information is provided:
- Policy name
- Policy stage and phase
- Case number
Selecting a different client case in the Client Information widget reorients the Cases tab to the selected case.
Case History
The Case History widget provides a running list of case actions and the time they occurred. For example, when a specific infraction was added to a case (and the infraction number), or when the case was moved or a letter generated.
