Viewing Tracker Action Browser

Tracker actions associated with booking IDs can be viewed directly from Service Infractions.

Before you begin

Open the Service Infractions module to the Cases tab.

About this task

Tracker Action Browser records system and user actions. This information can help you decide whether to forgive or confirm an infraction. For example, when a trip is scheduled (PASS/Schedule) and when it is canceled (PASS/Cancel).

Procedure

  1. In the policy tree, click the policy name, the policy stage, and then the policy phase that contains the infractions with trip information to be viewed in Tracker Action Browser.
  2. Select a case card.
  3. In the Infractions widget, on the infraction to investigate further, click the Tracker Action button:
    Box with a piece of paper emerging from the top.
    The Tracker Action Browser appears.
  4. Click each row to see the comment associated with the tracker entry.
  5. Click OK.
