Tracker Action Browser Columns

Information associated with the trip infraction's booking ID can be viewed using the Tracker Action Browser.

Column Heading Description
bookingId Booking ID associated with the client trip.

In Service Infractions, the bookingId is associated with a specific infraction. In the Case Infractions widget, it is called Trip ID.

For more detailed information about the booking itself, search for the booking ID in the Trapeze4 Workstation under Task > Trip Booking.

trackAction The tracker action associated with the recorded system or user action.

Typically, trackActions are associated and defined with trackCodes by the system administrator in Trapeze4 Workstation ancillary data.

trackCode Abbreviated code associated with the tracker action. Multiple tracker actions can be assigned to a specific trackCode.

Typically, trackCodes are defined by the system administrator in Trapeze4 Workstation ancillary data, and then associated with the appropriate trackActions.

actionTimeStamp Time that the action was performed.
loginName Login name of the user that generated the action.
userDomain Domain location of the user that generated the action.
lDate Date the action occurred.
clientId Identification number of the client.

firstName First name of the client associated with the booking ID.
lastName Last name of the client associated with the booking ID.
schId Schedule ID associated with the booking ID.

evId Event ID associated with the booking ID.

EvId is available after a booking is scheduled.

run Run associated with the booking ID.

For more detailed information about the run, search for the Run in the Trapeze4 Workstation under Task > Runs.

Run is available after a booking is scheduled.

runId Run ID associated with the booking ID.

For more detailed information about the run, search for the Run Id using the Find button in the Trapeze4 Workstation under Task > Runs.

RunId is available after a booking is scheduled.

employeeId Employee ID associated with the booking ID.

For more detailed information about the employee, search for the Employee ID using the Find button in the Trapeze4 Workstation under Task > Employees.

EmployeeId is available after a booking is scheduled.

comment System-generated or user-generated comment about the tracker action.
