Logging On to Service Infraction Reports

Logging on to Service Infraction Reports is similar to logging on to PASS Standard Reports.

Before you begin

Navigate to the folder where ServiceInfractionReports.exe is located.

Procedure

  1. Double-click on ServiceInfractionReports.exe.
    If you are running Windows 10, you may need to right-click and click Run as administrator.
  2. Click Configure.
    The Configuration dialog box appears.
  3. Select the DSN and Profile name.
    For information on which DSN and Profile to select, consult your system administrator.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Type your user Login and Password.
  6. Click Login.

Results

Service Infraction Reports appears.
