Running Service Infraction Reports

Service Infraction reports are run in the same way PASS Standard reports are run.

Before you begin

The Service Infraction Reports application should be open.

About this task

Service Infraction reports are viewed in Crystal Reports Viewer (currently version 11). If this application is not installed on your system, contact Customer Care for assistance.

Procedure

1. Select the report to be run.
2. Click Process & Run Report.

Results

The selected report opens in the Crystal Reports Viewer.
