Maximizing Viewing Space

Increase how much screen space is available to show Service Infractions information.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. If the web browser tabs are visible, on the keyboard, press F11.

    Visible browser tabs.
    The web browser is maximized and the tabs are no longer visible.
  2. Click the Toggle the Ribbon arrow:
    Upward-facing arrowhead.
    Using this feature allows you to access the ribbon without it taking up as much space on the Dashboard.
    Available commands shrink and are moved higher on the screen.
  3. Click the Toggle Full Screen button:
    Outline of a square with gaps in the middle on each side.
    Service Infractions is now full screen and the ribbon is no longer visible. This is typically used when viewing the Dashboard or Help tabs.
